Chas Powell
SVP of SalesChas leads Slide’s agency distribution strategy. With 20+ years of industry experience, Chas has deep product knowledge and an unmatched track record of supporting the success of agency partners. He began his career as a Producer at his family’s agency in Florida and has since held roles as Underwriter and Territory Sales Manager at Unitrin Kemper and, most recently, as a Vice President of Independent Agency Distribution with Farmers | Foremost Insurance. His background, data-driven approach, and proven growth strategies continue to fortify Slide as a leader in the market.
David Feuer, CIC

David is responsible for driving Slide’s sales results and building relationships with agency partners. He has spent most of the last decade on property insurance policy strategies. Prior to Slide, David served as a Territory Sales Manager supporting Florida and national accounts for Heritage Insurance and Senior Underwriter at People's Trust Insurance. David brings an established track record in business development, underwriting, claims, and agency operations. He holds a general lines property & casualty license, all lines adjuster’s license, and the National Alliance CIC designation.

With over 7 years of experience in insurance sales, Astrid’s career began at Liberty Mutual in the Customer Response Center, eventually leading her back to sales in the local market. She currently holds a Personal Lines Property & Casualty license.
Kristin Russell
Director of Agency ExperienceKristin oversees the end-to-end brand experience for agents, ensuring every interaction aligns with Slide’s value proposition. This includes agent engagement, technology, support, and sales enablement. She has over 17 years of marketing experience in the P&C industry. Prior to Slide, Kristin was the VP of Marketing for St. James Insurance Group, where she oversaw all the sales and marketing initiatives for the company. She holds a general lines property & casualty license as well as an all-lines adjuster license.
Carissa Landry, CIC
Agency Training & Communications ManagerCarissa leads the development and execution of touchpoints within the agent journey to achieve an exceptional agent experience and support Slide’s sales goals. She has over 25 years of experience in the P&C industry. Carissa started as a Sales Producer for a multi-line insurance agency before joining St. James Insurance Group, as a Marketing Representative. As a Marketing Rep she worked closely with agencies to cultivate relationships, stay current on product details and market trends, train, and assist with underwriting, claims, and sales. She holds a general lines property & casualty license and the National Alliance CIC designation.
